Alot of great Bows and Bowyers listed here, for me the Marriah Chinook by Ric Anderson is my favorite.

Not easy to come by but a real shooter!

Pretty easy on the eyes as well Ric is a true Craftsman.

Ive only shot a few longbows, and only owned 2 so far. Guess I got lucky my second purchase was a Northern Mist Baraga 55#, 62" model. Its hands down better feeling/shooting then anything else Ive tried!
I'm not a "deer" hunter, I'm a bow hunter that occasionally shoots a deer.

I picked up a 66" two piece Wallace Royal about a month ago. It instantly made me a better shooter.  Several variables probably come into play, but this one works for me.

My Hollenbeck right now, but the next time I have a custom made... it will probably be a Norhtern Mist Baraga!
Hollenbeck 64" longbow 50#@28"
Northern Mist 66"longbow 53#@27"
Early 80's 64"Custom Bighorn 66#@29"
pick your spot and burn a hole.

You guys are killing me. We don't have any trad shops in our area so the only ones I've got to shoot are the ones I buy.
Where is the best place to visit and have a chance to shoot some of these fine bows?
I'm not moving from the sticks but may take a road trip.

Book a hotel for a night and drive to Denver. Arrrive at opening time at  Rocky Mtn Specialty Gear. Go crazy. Bring your checkbook...

I live in the sticks! Serious. I no longer have a check book. PayPal when I have money on account and postal money orders for the remainder.Cash in my pocket at all times.
Little brother James, can't get him into trad but he's a flyfishing fool, lives in Denver.
a place to stay is not a problem.
Send me a date and time. I may just show.
It's time for me to go visit my brother and sister LeAnne in Denver.
I'm just a little guy,but if you're looking for Big and Tall just go down and visit Kaufmans Big & Tall? I question the spelling on this one, but ask for Jim.
