guys i just wanted to share my new bow with you from Striker Bows by Rick ellis, i can tell you this guys he is probaly one of the most geniune honest persons i have ever had the pleasue of meeting. i am new to the whole traditional archery, less than 1 year. he offered advice on options with the bow, how to shoot it the correct way, i spent 3-4 hours with him just getting the right set -up, he had me come back and size the grip to my hand , i wish customer service was this good everywhere i spent money. anyways guys you owe it to yourself to check out this bowyer yourself you wont be disapointed, i promise, sorry for rambling just wanted to share my postive experience.and no i dont work for him lol.

Mike, are you related to an Art Davenport. I used to work with him. The last I heard he is now in Florida. His wife passed away about two years ago if I remember correctly.

Not that I'm aware of, but it's possible. Most of my family comes from Eastern Kentucky , Virginia border. I've been told we come from a group of mountain people called Mullungens.

I have talked with Rick a few times at K-zoo and Comptons. He is a great guy and very down to earth. Not to mention makes a great bow. I havent brought my self to buy one yet but it is another that is on the wanted list.
