camelion knife -pic

I made this knife handle from bloodwood, black phenolic and some of Franks big horn sheep horn. The bloodwood takes on an interesting change of color in the sun. Goes from very deep purple to a mild reddish. Tried to catch the change in the pictures but I don't know if you can really tell.

Hey Frank I want your armguard knife for my son's birthday if it is still available.  I tried to pm you but your mailbox is full.  Sorry Mike didn't mean to hijack the thread.

Yep good ole bloodwood. You never know untill you get finish on it. Nice handle. Is that an old arrow in the tree right of the knife?

great looking knife! I had a 21st Century longbow with that wood for a riser, but I never knew what it was until now. I thought it was Arizona Kingwood. Great job!
