It all depends on just how close you are to the spine limits of your arrows. You didn't mention your draw length - long or short ?
Do you have your arrows bare-shaft tuned to your bow ? If you have a good set-up that will bare shaft perfect - you can make some point weight changes - and these will be corrected by the feathers somewhat.
Since you are using aluminum 2016's - is there any way you can screw on 1 of the 100 grain broadheads and make a few test shots ? If not, you could try some 100 grain field points, and get a rough idea of what will happen - although no guarantees that the broadhead will fly the same as the field point.
What are the 100 grain broadheads you intend to use ?
Since you intend to make short shots it may work.
But there is no good substitue for testing.
