Predator camo in high-tech fabrics?
«

Has anyone seen hunting gear made of high tech fabric (like Sitka, ASAT Elite) in Predator? I'm looking for a second set of gear for elk in the fall and would kind of like to get Predator as a switch from ASAT. I've only seen the light weight polyesther shown on their website but I doubt that is what I'm looking for.

Although Jeff at Graywolf is on my personal dissapointment list, his wolfskin predator stuff is top notch. It is not mountain climbing stuff if that is what you are after, but it is a high tech material.

Thanks. I took a look and it is right up there, at least as $$ as Sitka...

I believe one has a certain fabric that makes it expensive, graywolf is custom sized & hand made by Jeff which adds to the cost.

I am thinking that the waterproofing process for sitka and graywolf is the same or at least very similar. I have the graywolf wolfskin and in a light rain or a shower, it has kept me dry. The custom fit of the graywolf and the fact that it is made in the USA is very important for me. I have worn my wolfskin for 9 seasons and have no complaints. Mike

I like the Grey Wolf much better, no shine on the material.
