Yesterday, I received a new Horne Mountain Bow. First let me say what a pleasure Mark and Sandy are to deal with. This bow is a lot of new things to me. It is my first recurve, it is my first bow under 50 lbs (since I was a kid), and it is the first Hornes Archery bow that I've ever shot. I don't know how fast it is shooting, but it is fast. 46# @ 28", 62" AMO, and I draw 29". It literally took me about a dozen arrows to get used to the bow. It's super stable, shoots right where I'm looking, whisper quiet and has virtually no hand shock. By the time I put the bow down last night I was shooting it as well or better than any bow I own. I don't know if it is the lighter draw weight or the stability of the bow, but this thing is a dream for me to shoot. I am fortunate to own some fine bows IMO, and my new Horne bow is right at the top with the best of them. Thanks a lot Mark Horne!
