Pics of GN Ghost with Jack Knife?
« on: April 07, 2010, 12:12:00 AM »
Howdy All-
"New bow fever" has got me in its nefarious grip and I'm considering ordering up a new GN Ghost with the Jack Knife TD option, esp since I'm not turning one up in the classifieds.....

Anyone have some pics of the folded Ghost? I'm wondering how compact the overall bow is when in the TD mode. I have a few GN Critter Gitter and Critter Gitter Special Jack Knife bows but they are longbows and fold pretty flat.

Thanks for your time (and hopefully pictures)

Sincerely, your sick and bow feverish friend---

David

Jack-
I appreciate it! How many inches wide is it at the widest point between the limbs?
Very nice looking bow, what woods did you have it made up with?

Ethan-
You should be happy that I got over my plywood dust fever.  Didn't even take a shot of penicillin....

Thanks guys

Ethan and I talked to Jerry at length one night in NAshville. He said about 6" wide at the widest part.

Just go ahead and get him to put my name on it.   ;)

You wanting to use my name as an alias again Roche? I'm still trying to clear my good name from the last time.

I thought that the bow would be around 6" folded. Trying to find a good reason not to call Jerry, but can't figure one out yet. Eight week wait, so I could have it in hand by about mid June to July.

A trip to David's and I now believe in ghosts. Let's see who can get in touch with Jerry first.

Oh and, "W. Alex Roche Jr.", or just "Alex Roche"... I know the limbs are narrow.    :goldtooth:

WHEN you order it make sure to get the green glass he now has. I like mine and it blends in the woods great. I would have liked the jack knife option. Would have , should have, could have.
