Awesome job and set-up. I never did much turkey hunting with a shotgun, but I am excited to give it a try this year with my bow. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the tips (advice like this here is priceless)and congratulations on a fine bird!
We don't even find out what hunt we have here in MI until March 15th and the seasons don't start until late April, so we'll just enjoy all the southern gangs hunts for now.

You scared me there Joe until I read the date of your thread (April 2010). I thought WOW, Joe is hunting out of season and just made a confession on the internet for MDWFP to read. Getting ready for the season to open on Dahomey NWR on March 15, 2012. Should be a good year with the bonus of being able to hunt hogs at the same time.
