Maybe I'm mmmmmmmissing something but can you find someone here without knowing their "handle"?
I know the guy's name but I don't see a way to search for him that way?????

Click on directory under the sponsor banners.  Under Community Directory Search type name in keyword then set search option to "real full name".  Should look like this:
