Aluminum Shaft Selection Advice
« on: April 22, 2010, 08:13:00 AM »
Hey Guys,

I'm getting all different kinds of results on different shaft selection charts. Here is what I am going to be working with:

Shrew Classic Hunter 54"
bow is 58# @ 28"
I draw 25" and figure 49 pounds at that length

I've gotten results anywhere from 1816's to 2114 for a 27" arrow length.

I'd appreciate any input/help with this.

Thanks

Use Stu's calculator to look it over.  Is the Shrew cut to center or beyond?

Thanks Mike. I'm at work right now and for some reason any link to Stu's Calculator is "restricted" here at work.

I am not sure if this Shrew is cut to center or past. Does anyone know what is normal/common on Shrew Classic Hunters ?  I'm not in possesion of the above mentioned Shrew just yet.
