I attach a Catquiver Mini to the side loops on my pack.  This is in addition to the 2 arrow skookum quiver that I use on my bow.  Never had an issue with either of them.

I was using a back quiver and attaching it to the pack. Last year I tried a hip quiver and really liked it.

I used an old Delta bow mount quiver and modified to an Asbell type. Used stump shooting, but not in hunting season--yet! Works great.

Strap an arrowmaster to my pack (comes with D-rings installed)when I go.  Best all-around quiver I've ever used--best I've used, period.  If you need an arrow on-hand, I'd go with Bob's suggestion of a 2 arrow Skookum.
