Keith builds a solid bow. Do a search and I'm sure you'll come-up with a lot of info. Have you gone to his site?

Smooth drawing solid bow especially if you have a long draw. The finish on mine was not as fancy as others but it didn't cost as much either. A good hunting tool.

I have a 3 piece takedown 64" recurve that is sweet. Actionwood riser and brown glass--plain, but functional. Great guy to deal with and the bow is "quick". Yea, I know it is long, but that was before the latest short "craze".

I own two of Keith's longbows.  They are my favorite hunting bows and are great looking bows.  They are also very reasonably priced.  I have had my favorite Wapiti Spike for about 18 years.  Keith refinished for me a couple of years ago.  It is incredibly quick shooting and smooth and it is the first bow I pick up when it is hunting season.

Keith makes a great bow.  I've had my Wapiti TD since 1987,  Keith makes a hunting bow.  Many complain that his finish is not that flashy.  However, he uses a matte finish that is great for hunting.  He's bow can't be all that bad considering that Rick Duggan was the 1st to get the Super Slam with a recurve and used a Wapiti for them all.

Owned mine for over 20 years. Many bows have come and gone but my Wapiti is still here and is the bow I grab when I head to the woods.Smooooooth---1Longbow

My go to bow for hunting. Get a take-down longbow. Gives you the option to shape your own grip to your liking, since with most 1-piece designs, the reason for selling is the grip...
Keith bows are buildt to last, but still shoot quick and are accurate. In take-down recurves, your limb wood choices are limited, because exotic veneers do not go well with his radical recurve design.
You can get em in a longbow, though.
Favorite combination:
Linen micarta handle and dirty bamboo lams in a take-down bow. I have him use the small-take down sleeve from 3 rivers (only the steel) with his own system.
Best warranty in the bow business and bows can break. With Keith having a Masters in  mechanical engineering  and physics, he knows what works and what doesn't. He will not tell you he can make it if it doesn't fit his durability and toughness requirements.
I have 4 of his Take-down longbows and 1 TD-redurve. I am just more of a longbow guy. If he would build a lousy bows, he wouldn't be in business since the 1960ies.

Wapiti Recurves are AWESOME bows. Very smooth, very fast, quiet, and forgiving to shoot.

Depends what you are looking for I guess. They perform well, nice shooting experience, very nice proven design. Only area for improvement I can see is the finishing work is not as good as some bowyers, enjoy it is a great sport we have, thanks Jerry.
