Guys, anyone shoot this riser?  Can it handle 50lb ilf limbs?

My son has a Tradtech but I don't want to drop $400!

Thoughts?

Yep the Excel is a great riser for the money.  Team it up with some good limbs and you have a shooter for sure.

Wish they made it with a radius shelf, it would be awesome, but still a winner as long as you don't mind using an elevated rest. I should be getting some Sky Ilf longbow limbs by Saturday, can't wait.

You can use the felt furniture pads to shoot it off the shelf Pete. Easy and inexpensive to set it up that way. Mine is set up for a bow-fishing rig right now.

Thanks VT13, I saw someone make a shelf by using some wood pieces and covering it with silencer material, might have to try that.

How much would you estimate the shelf is cut past center or at center.

I also have an old PSE Ilf riser that I'm going to try. I think this is truly the advantage of ILF, combinations galore.
