I have. Lowered my brace height on two of my Blacktail bows. On the 42# bow, I lowered it from 7 3/4" to 7 3/8" which allowed me to go down in spine from a 2213 to a 2212. On my 37# bow, I lowered it from 7 3/4" to 7 5/8" and this allowed me to go up in spine from a 2013 to a 2212. My longbow shoots the same 2212 arrow also.
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 42# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 10.02
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 37# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 11.37

Yes I have tried that. But I found my bows like a certain brace height and then I tune the arrow from there.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

Absolutely, you can also tune by string type and even number of strands.

I do that quite often for instance.

My 52* Zona T/D Recurve likes a 14 strand B50 string w/ a BH of 7 1/2" when shooting my G.T. Trad 35/55's.

50* Hoyt Dorado came with 8125 string but when I made a 14 strand B50 string & toyed with the BH till 7 3/8" she shot them G.T.'s like darts.

46* Sky Sky Hawk likes a 12 strand B50 string with a BH of 7 3/4" to shoot those G.T.'s really close to spine.
Zona Custom Recurve: 60" 49# @ 27.5".
Sky Sky Hawk Recurve: 60" 47# @ 27.5".
Genesis 27:3 Now therefore, please take thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and hunt game for me.

Absolutely.I find brace height to be a real key factor when fine tuning arrows.
Dryad Orion 58" 49#@28"
Static limbs
Kodiak Magnum    52" 50#@28"

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Use brace height to fine tune your set-up.

Thanks. Like Ranger said, Fine tune your set-up. Changes to arrow length, tip weight etc. Your whole set-up. But I was thinking too like Jerry Jeffer said, his bows like a certain brace height. My preditors calls for a window of tolerence for the brace height.
