My arrows specs--spine tuning--Advice needed

Ok, I am currently shooting a X-200 #55 recurve with a 28 inch draw. My draw length however is 28.5 inches.  My arrows are Beman 340's ICS Hunters with 175 grain tips.  I made two charts. The first chart is my current set-up. It looks "OFF".  I added a 50 grain weighted insert to the second chart and it looks just about right as the Dynamic Spine hits aroudn 340.  This is my first time trying to tune my arrows to a bow.  Tell me if what I am thinking looks right...ANY advice is worth its weight in gold to me.  Thank you.

Something is not getting entered right. The top and bottom number should be within 2 of each other. You draw length is long than your arrow length, may want to double check that too. I ran your specs through using other 340 arrows listed and to get closer you would need to increase your point weight or arrow length to get closer.

Eric--my arrows were cut at 27.5 inches. My draw is 28.5 inches. I have always shot arrows like that out of my compound.  I am not sure what I am incorrectly entering.  SOME help please!!

So I was supposed to measure the ENTIRE length of the arrow Eric?  That was my mess up?  So if I add a 50 grain insert then I am looking good like in the chart you posted?

BOP arrow length is from behind the point to the bottom of nock groove.

Brett, it appears as though your actual draw length on a traditional bow differs from a compound.  If your arrows are 27 1/2" inches which are measured from the back of the point to the bottom of the arrow nock groove where the string touches, your actual draw length cannot exceed arrrow length. Here is a test take an arrow and pull it back to your anchor, now have someone mark the arrow at the front of the riser.  Now measure the arrow to this point.  This is your actual draw length. I also used to shoot compound 28" draw , but now shooting traditional actual draw 26". Hope this helps.
