New low light mini action camera?

A couple of weeks ago someone on this site mentioned a new, low light capable, mini action camera made by a company in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. I have mis-placed (spelled alzheimers) my notes on this mini camera. I even called the company and talked to them about the camera, now I can't even come up with their name.
