This may sound a little peculiar but I have had great luck with arrow flight, including broadheads, by really stacking weight on the tip.  I shoot 30.5" Epic 600's with 250gr points out of several bows in the 50# range and get much better arrow flight than if I try to cut/tune like you are supposed to.  My personal results follow Ashbey's findings on FOC and arrow flight.  Works for me.
