Ranching for Wildlife opinions

I have done some research regarding this program and do not have enough information to base an opinion. From my outside perspective it seems like (in theory) a good deal but again I do not know. What are you guys' and gals' thoughts?

RANCHING FOR WILDLIFE IS THE ULTIMATE QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR FREE RANGE ANIMALS.  UNLIKE MOST STATES SETTING QUOTAS ON A MUCH LARGER "UNIT" OR "ZONE", RFW FOCUSES ON A PARTICULAR RANCH OR PROPERTY, AND SETS A QUOTA OF ANIMALS TO BE TAKEN (MALE AND FEMALE) BASED ON POPULATION, HABITAT, AND FOOD QUALITY IN A MORE FOCUSED AND PARTICULAR RANGE.  IT PRODUCES STRONGER ANIMALS, HEALTHIER BALANCED HERDS, AND USUALLY BETTER TROPHY QUALITY. IT ALSO ALLOWS THE HUNTER TO TAKE THE ANIMAL AT ANY PART OF THE SEASON AND WITH ANY WEAPON USUALLY.  THIS ALLOWS A TROPHY HUNTER TO HUNT AT THE MOST PRODUCTIVE TIMES AND TO CULL HUNT WHEN NEED BE.  ITS A WIN WIN PROGRAM.
