Trad bowhunting only on lease except owner's nephew during rifle season.
Pricing as follows. Up to 4 hunters, same total price 1 to 4 hunters
2009 NR tag is 225.00 for 2 deer,2 turkey,and small game. (only 1 buck before rifle) I think it will be the same this year,regs come out in July.
These are the weeks available,land won't be hunted every week to give the game a break in action.
Weeks will be from Sat AM thru Fri nite of the next week.
Prices for 4 hunters maximum for week.
Sept 18-24.........400.00
Oct 2-8 ...........500.00
Oct 16-22..........600.00 LEASED
Oct 30-Nov 5.......800.00 LEASED
Nov 27- Dec 3......500.00
Dec 18-24 .........400.00
Either week in Jan 300.00
There will be soybeans planted on both parcels as far as I know,so there may be harvest operations,probably in Oct. It doesn't bother the deer much tho.
I will have a few ladder stands up so you can hunt upon arrival. Please bring your own stands to put up as you see fit tho.
Payment 50% up front, 50% upon arrival for hunt.
There are motels in Brookfield,approx. 16 miles away. I checked Best Western at 93.00 for room with 2 queen beds.(has AARP and Triple A discount also.)
I will need to know and have deposit by July 1.
