A modified Wensel Woodsman is the best I have found, although the new Talons are looking really good so far.....and hope to test them a bit more this coming weekend.
I love judos for stumping....but do not like the success of them on small game.

Hammers, they fly great, pack a punch and don't bury up if you want to stump shoot.

I still like the Judo. It sticks in the animal and then I can grab it! The never get lost under the grass. I can get over 500 shots and they are still going strong....can't argue with that!

I got to go with SGT's. They are mean little heads, Shot a concrete wall with one and did not hurt the head. Messed up my new arrow I was trying but the head was still good to go.

James, a little extra weight is not going to affect your arrows enough to mess up your accuracy, you could have a weight difference of 50grns or more, and still hit the target while you are stump shooting.
I think too many of us(including me)overanaylize things. I know my problem is carried over from my compound days.
With that said, I would be a little more critical if we were talking broadhead arrows at big game.

I like the G5 S.G.H. as well but I have broken a few of the talons off and bent a few more back. They are quite expensive as well.

For years I shot Judo's. Great for stumps, not so great for game.
I like regular steel blunts and .38 brass, but they seem to break my wood arrows too much.
Now I only shoot the SGT (Small Game Thumper) from Vantage Point Archery. I thought they'd be good on game and I was surprised to find that they were really good stumpers too.
Kustom King should have some at the Compton shoot.

For several years I have taken field points and dropped a 5/16 washer over the point and spot welded it.
