Does anyone make any "Arrow of Light" displays for Scouts?

I've made hundreds of Arrows of Light but no displays.

I'm not sure what is involved, I don't know if it is just an arrow or a display. The reason I ask is I have a bunch of short arrows I wanted to donate to anyone who makes them for kids.

Does anyone here need them or should I just give them to a local Troop?
