Hats off to 3 Rivers
« on: June 07, 2010, 04:25:00 PM »
Last Friday I ordered the Fred Bear DVD collection from 3 Rivers. Today when I got home from work it was waiting for me in the mailbox. Man those guys and gals are on top of it.

The DVD's are great too!   :clapper:

Heh, I had the same thing happen with the Masters of the Barebow DVDs last week.  I've always had great service there.

3 Rivers is a good company...
They are always on top of things -- at least it seems that way to me, too.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of anything that I have ordered from them, and am constantly amazed at their superior customer service.

They are my go-to guys for Trad supplies.

If I have any complaint at all it is that about an hour after I make an order I remember something else I wanted to order, but I can't get it on the same order because that one is already GONE!!! LOL

I don't know how many orders I have made to them..but it has been a bunch!  Not one time have they ever messed up the order, and I have always had it at my door within 4 days.  I don't see how they could possibly do better.

Last week they had $538 worth of "Stuff" delivered to the shop in two days.  The order was perfect, no mix ups.  Cant expect better than that.

I agree with Northwest though.  I already remembered 2 items that I forgot to order.

I got a great 3rivers story.  Last Saturday, I decided to get a bow for each of my two boys.  I called 3rivers and asked if they had the bows in stock due to one of my sons is left eye dominant and needs to shoot a left handed bow.  Anyway, long story short, I decided mail wasn't going to be quick enough so I told the manager on the phone I was on the way to pick them up.  He said if you're close just call and we'll stay to open the doors for you.  As it turned out, I arrived at @4:30pm on a Saturday.  They took their time with my two sons, let them shoot and pulled everything they needed right there!!  Those two guys that helped them were really nice and made it clear that it was no problem for them to stay over.  Later, I figured out one of the guys was Jonathan Karch.  OUTSTANDING!!
