while at cloverdale i picked up a new blackcreek siren from jim.  this bow fit my hand perfect and shot great and quiet as a church mouse.   you guys need to give his bows a look.  his bows are top notch and jim is a very good guy, and the bow came home with me.  sorry cant do pics but check out his bows    thanks again jim

I talked to him last year at a KTBA shoot and he was talking about wanting to play with carbon. And your right his bows are plenty fast! smooth and quiet. He makes a pretty darn good string too.

Currently none of our bows have carbon, but we are going to try it on one soon.

I shot one of Jim's bows at the Jerry Pierce shoot. Being a selfbow guy I am used to a little thump from my bow when I loose an arrow. What a pleasant surprise to shoot a fast, accurate bow with zero hand shock that Jim made.

If I was in the market for a laminated bow, Jim would be the guy I would look up first.

Here is a picture of a BlackCreek recurve Jim custom built for me. The riser has a rather radical grip, but he and Lonnie build it just as I wanted it. The workmanship on these bows is second to none.

rick,  glad you like it.  enjoyed talking to you at cloverdale.  it was a good shoot and met a lot of mighty fine people up there.  i will be back next year for sure.
