Probably not much difference when it comes to flight.  I'd say you get better clearence and less feather wear on 75X105.

With that said maybe the clearence will give you better flight.

See I told you not much diff!!!

You do that the right fletcher though.

Using a Bitzenburger jig you can definitely 4-fletch 60-120 out of a 3 fletch 120 nock receiver pretty easily. Just attach the two hen feathers and then rotate the arrow 180 degrees without moving the nock receiver and then fletch two more hen feathers. This is how I've been fletching all my arrows. With the 60-120 configuration you won't have to worry about knocing an arrow incorrectly. There used to be good instructions on a web site that no longer exists but I copied (with Pictures) them onto a Word document. If you'd like copy send a PM and I'll be glad to send them to you. OK disregard my previous post, I was going from memory. Not a good idea. I just figured I could cut and paste the instructions:

Four (60 / 120) Feather Fletching Instructions

The 60/120 degree 4 fletch alignment is done during fletching with the three fletch jig. Install two-hen feather and two cock feathers. The following instructions are for right-handed shooters. If you are left-handed, you will do the opposite for the hen feather position, only.

1.   First, put on the cock feather.

2.   Then rotate the nock indicator of your jig to the left (counter-clockwise) and install a hen feather.

3.   This is where if, you are left-handed, you will need to rotate the nock indicator of your jig right (clockwise).

4.   Now remove shaft from jig, rotate 180 degrees and return to jig.

5.   Put on another feather.

6.   Finally, turn the nock indicator back to the cock feather position and install another feather.
One stick, one string and an arrow I'll fling!

I do the 90* option for my 4 fletch, and I have no problems.  I have never tried the other setting on Blitzenburger, because what I have works for me.

I like the clearance I get from the 75 X 105 and never worry about how I nock the arrow.
