Oh man, what a day. Charlie's just being modest; 5 of those are his. He was smart though, he kept all his shots close to shore. Mine were all out in the arrow eating muck. Guess who ran out of arrows?

Eh, I've taken alot from that pond. Least I could give it is a cheap pair of sneakers. Muck grabbed 'em right of my feet, and being waist deep in the stuff, I couldn't really object...

Yeah Chris lost his shoes to the pond God. That big frog, I swear was eating my arrows. I took 3 shots at him before he retread up into the bushes on land. He was so big it would have given Matt Schuster's hog a run for its money.
In fact I missed because Biggie wasn't here to drag it out.
Yeah Mudd only Six. I didn't want to over do it. I wanted to see if I liked them first. Next time though they may be in for a hurting. ecertainly wasnt any shortage of them.

well i saw the "muck monster" this morning. an ottor popped up right in front of me and scared the BE-JESUS out of me!!!! also saw some BIG bullfrogs and killed a nice one. hate to say this but i am to darn short to hunt there!!!! was up to my armpitss and getting nervous man!! was thinking what a redneck way to die, frogging in the muck pond. the movie Jerameiah Johnson came to mind with the bald fella burried to his neck in the sand, "got a fine horse under me"!!!!

I think we need to find a few more spots first. All those good shots; those little honey holes are goona be emptied out real quick.
Izzy, I've got an extra pair, but I'm wearing boots from now on...or going barefoot. Either way, I like to see it as giving something back after taking from the pond...

Hey Guys this will take all summer to scout for and then next year we can pull it off.
That way we can have everyone else chime in with the honey holes which will help in our quest to find frogin' utopia.
I'm think 5-15 people show up and we will have to find about half as many ponds. Or a few big ones.
Any way you slice it, it would be a great time.
