Definitely. I have a bow that is near the crossover between 3555 and 5575 myself, so I understand what you are talking about.
The problem is, if you shoot it a lot with the 3555's, you'll get used to that trajectory and won't be as accurate with the 5575's as you would be if you shot them all the time. This probably won't make much difference up to 20-25 yards, but from 25 yards and up, it could make the difference between a clean kill and a wound or a miss. So if you plan to take all your game at distances of less than 25 yards, I would say, go for it!
