It was an old Pearson the would shake your teeth out. I believe though that it was just that particular bow because I have had some Pearsons that shot really great.

Martin ML-10. First longbow I ever bought. The hand shock was awful. It almost turned me off from ever trying another longbow again. Fortunately the next one I bought (Pacific Yew) was and still is a pleasure to shoot.
I find the older I get, the less I used to know!

For me the worst is the one I can't afford or the one that you have to wait to long for!!!. To each there own, many likes and dislikes.

I own 4 custom bows and have 5 others ordered and out of the 4 i own my least favorite is my Bear Paws Bow although i still like the bow.

Actually it's the most beautiful bow i have ever seen but it just seems a lot slower than my other bows, but i still like the bow.

The older bear Grizzlys are really hard for me to shoot so i don't care for them that much.

A Jerry Hill Wild Cat Deluxe. It had terrible hand shock. It seems like it would still be vibrating for several minutes after the arrow hit the target.

A forward handle longbow, yea yea, I know they shoot great, but I just can't make my eye like them.

Indian archery recurve bow, dont really care for the look of laminated bows or big handles, cant shoot off a rest either just seems un natural

ive had 2, i wont be bashfull, both were pse recurves, the first was the kingfisher, ackward and bulky, not to mention the fact that the limbs cracked and warped 2 months in, and after waiting for 5 weeks for a new set the local shop pulled limbs from one on the shelf and waited on the factory to send some, and to top it off a pse rep at the ia deer classic claiming to not have a clue there was a problem with those bows, when everyone i knew with one was on the second or third set of limbs due to cracking and warping, the second was a pse kudu, was out frogging/ bowfishing pulled back 3/4 draw and the top limb snapped at the taper and i had a fat lip for a week, lesson learned as to what brand i wont purchase
