Hey all,

I have about a dozen Bear Greenie Broadheads.  I have been working my way through them cleaning them up and putting a decent edge on them with a file.  The problem is that quite a few of them have the green paint coming off in spots.  Some spots are bigger than others, but most of them do have finish issues.

I would like to get them back to good condition and am wondering what the best way to do it is.  Can they be pained over or what?  I don't want them to rust on me.  Is there something I can do to bring these back to good condition?

Thanks for the help.

I would just hit them with a good coat of spray primer and sharpen them!

Sand them all down to bare metal. Clean real good w/something like acetone. Spray with a green paint. Coat w/Olive Oil.
