has anyone used a Big Game head for elk ... how did they do for peneration? I'll be using a 52# chimera with 600+ grain arrows. I've taked a few whitetail and they did great but a little unsure for a elk.

I shoot the Battle axe from Jim,48# centaur.Haveing taken an elk with 50# bow 3 blade head u should b very confident with your set up.Razor sharp big game head,600 grs,arrow in the right u will kill anything in n america
