The "Vulcan" is a bow I talked Jim into making. The "Vulcan" was going to be called the "Workhorse" but Jim came up with a better name. The "Vulcan" is black glass with a Dymondwood riser and has the same fit and finish as the other Centaurs (Perfect). He built this bow that Browndown got more just to test the design. The design is full length black glass with a two tapered actionboo laminations in the core. These bows are a little easier for Jim to make and he's going to start building some for stock in between building custom ordered bows. The "Vulcan" was a big surprise for Jim when he first shot it, he found out the 58" bow pulls 2 pounds per inch out to 30". The "Vulcan" looks almost identical to the other Centaurs other than it's got more of a more reflex in the limb so it's got a little different profile. The "Vulcan" is a real winner and priced less than Jims other bows. Butter smooth, Lightning Fast, Whisper Quiet, Deadly Accurate and Affordable best describes the "Vulcan". I'm really pushing Jim to be a sponsor on this site and I'm sure it'll happen in the near future.
Thanks,
       Jake

Great!  Another bow to add to my list...

Sweet looking bow and if its a centaur, no doubt it will be a shooting machine!
