gobblegrunter,
The Critter Getter is crafted of all osage and it does match the skins perfectly. It may be looking for a new home as it's too pretty for me to take into the woods, or even think of attaching a bowquiver.

Foxbo, that combination is one of the best I've seen.  I'm contemplating what riser/limb wood for my next GN Ghost.

How long ago did Jerry make your Critter Getter Special?  I know he will use diamondback skins on his bows, but have never seen copperhead skins...talk about gorgeous!  I think I'm going to have to ask him at GLLI this year!   :)

They make pretty bows, but I hate snakes LOL... I don't know that I could have a bow like that.  Guess it's a bad phobia. Very nice looking though!!

Just got a pair of diamond backs from Mike Yancey to do my longbow.  My next one will be with bull snake skins...I love those!

One I made this spring for a buddy of mine.  Western diamondback skins from Mike Yancey at Pine Hollow Longbows.  My first attempt at skinning a bow and it turned out nice.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways-BOW in one hand-ARROWS in the other-Body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming-WOO HOO! WHAT A RIDE!

Nice job, jsweka. Looks great!

Beautiful bow, Brock!

What kind of python is that, LoneWolf73? Is it Burmese or Ball python? Looks like a Ball python donated his skin to me. Pretty cool!
