gluing ace super express to adapter

These are giving me Hell. I have mounted 3 and 1 spins perfect shoots perfect, 1 decent spin decent shot, last one is wobble and foot low kicking every time. I have used ferrilite , gorilla glue and one more glue. Can't seem to get them seated perfect almost like the adapters to small but they are not  I don't think. Gold tip 5575 with 43 gr adapter.any tips on mounting

are you using the regular steel adapters or stainless steel adapters?  

I believe there are small size differences b/t the stainless and nonstainless adapters.

I think the stainless are just a tiny tiny tiny bit smaller.

I have had something similar happen with both Tusker Concord in 190 grain and Ace Super Express in 215 grain.  Try swapping between stainless or nonstainless and see which adapter fits best.

did you clean the inside of them? might try JB weld, that should let you move them so they don't wobbel. Then let them cure over night.

I used to use epoxies and other glues but now I stick with ferr-l-tite on everything b/c I am constantly dissasembling adapters, woodyweights, broadheads, inserts, etc to cannabilize parts from one setup to the next.

I have used ferrule cement and if you go to 3R website they have a good video on mounting heads.The ferrule lets you adjust the head before it gets hard and definatly spthe adapter inside the head before you spin the aroow.

I use a deramel tool with a cut off wheel. Cut two slots just deep enough to let air out. Cut the slots opposite each other.
