Probably the least expensive I have found is the Primos Bag,, about $24.00. But there are others out there with a lot more features like a Magnus Rack Pack.

Can't beat the Rack Pack. It converts into a nice chair also, so one lest important thing to pack.

I use a Dwight Schuh pack frame (made by Coleman). Two bungees and I have a great set-up.

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I bought some inexpensive treestand back pack straps and used extra nylon strap to fasten them to the blind in a half-hitch fashion so I can pack the blind vertical. The blind bottom ride right on my rear and the top is a tad above my head. Works for me, but I'm not carrying it a long ways (200-400 yards at a time). If I really need to hike in with a blind I'd invest in a frame and lash it on the frame pack or get the double bull pack designed to carry blinds.
