I have a buddy that I have known for a few years now and him and I travel together and help each other when we are competing at Horseback field Trials with our string of bird dogs, he started asking questions about tradtional bows and hunting and such, so I loaded up the truck with about a dozen different longbows and headed to his place this morning for a impromptu chance at getting him hooked! I had him shooting my Thunderstick 3 longbow which is a 52#'r, Then he tried a 59# Yellowstone and a couple of Robertson's I have but they are in the mid 60 lb range and he decided he loved the Thunderstick the best because of the light draw wieght! Needless to say I left him the second lighest bow I had for him to practice with, he is going to shoot it awhile and order a new Robertson! I may just have someone to stomp around with here in GA with carrying Trad gear!
