What brand or where did you get the hat? It looks like a 'crusher' style. I find lots of 'bonnie's, but no crusher's at the present. I am about to run out.

It is a Stoney Creek air mesh jungle hat.  Stoney Creek are New Zealand based with suppliers both there and in Australia.
