Does anyone use these and have any pics of kills with them?How durable are they and how sharp can you get them?

I've heard you can get the scary shaving sharp from previous posts here!
The post also had a pic of an entry wound.
Made a gorge through the chest of a whitetail, if i'm not mistaken!
