Thanks! It can be challenging to preserve the meat when hunting in California in August, but I was lucky in that the fog rolled in and it stayed in the 40's the whole time we were dressing and hanging the deer.

40's...WOW!
It has bee in the 90's here with heat indexes aroung 115 for weeks. yuck
