Feather Chopper Question

Who makes the feather choppers? I am wanting to fine on that does the little feathers you see compound shooters using as I shoot some feather that were the short small razor types an loved them. Any know where to get those types?

They make a number of different shapes in the choppers and can also make custom shapes.

I have a lot of people giving me turkey and goose feathers and I am planing on trying to experiment with some other types of feathers.

You can modify any chopper to make the feathers any size you want. Check ou the how to section. Rob has a good tutorial there. I used a thin piece of wood and taped it down. Works great. Good luck!

If you plan on doing up a lot of feathers, go with the one Herb makes.  He has several inserts available and I think he'll make up some custom inserts.
