Great stuff (again), Dave. I just this minute finished posting Lindsey's FD pics (along with some others) on my Page 22 - I'll add her name next time i post (soon).

Cool Bernie,  Lindsey and I just checked it out.

**She liked it**!

I tried to get her to post here herself but maybe she's feelin' bashful or sumthin'.

We just got back from camping and the kids had a blast.  My oldest boy Emmett was slaying bullfrogs with his slingshot.  Got 6 of them today and Lindsey cleaned all the legs and fried them up before we left to come home.  All the kids loved them and thought it was cool to "kill our own food".  Even my wife liked them!

I'd have taken some more pictures but we had the house broken into this past Friday night and both our cameras and my wife's purse were stolen.  Appears to have been some punk kid who came through our kitchen window, took the few things laying around handy and went out the front door.  I wasn't home but my wife and kids were all asleep upstairs when it happened and never knew it.  Wasn't until morning that we got a call about "suspicious credit card activity" that we figured out what had happened.  Luckily, nobody got hurt and nothing else seems to have been taken.  I guess it'll be time to upgrade cameras for Lindsey now...

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

Glad you both liked it, Dave - and so sorry about the break-in. That sort of thing always leaves one feeling so violated. Glad to hear it didn't turn out any worse though.

The one at full draw looking down the arrow is a pretty awsome pic. My wife shoots and hunts with me. Its a really awsome experience to be able to hunt with your bestfriend and not just be draggin her along but her to be excied and wanting to go! Great feeling that someday when we have kids for all of us to be out in the outdoors. She finds someone who also hunt and shoots bow you got yourself a new hunting partner!

She is a beautiful girl and she has a great eye for photography.  You are rightly proud, Dave.

Thanks again guys.  Since I'm in the showing off mode...

Here's two from just about two years ago when we had one of our "KC area bunny hunts".  I believe there were about 13 or 15 tradgangers there.  This hunt was between Christmas and New Years and the weather started out horrible!  Pouring rain and even thunder and lightning which is rare that time of year while setting up before daylight for breakfast.  Poor Lindsey got soaked and that down jacket was about useless so she bailed out and I called Mom to come pick her up in mid morning.  Anyway, we got lucky and before we were done with breakfast the rain turned to freezing rain then stopped all together.  Left a pretty coating of ice on everything which you might be able to see in the picture.

And here's another one for Bernie...

Reenacting her shot on a bunny the beagles ran by her.  Didn't connect unfortunately.  It ran across and opening and stopped by a cedar.  She drew and was just about to release when it ran off again.  Still fun!

Got it, I'll slip this one in by Lindsey's others, if it works out. Otherwise further down the page.
