Hi!
I have a Black Douglas AMO 64" ca 80#31 incoming.
And need some advice:
This bow is probably superfast maybe same effect as a 87-89# BW or like.
Regarding my long drawlength I was wondering what I should use for arrows.
300 spine fmj with 100 grain insert and 300 up front would give ca 825 grains of total?
If this is to weak or should I just build out the sideplate?
When shooting this heavy with my drawlength I don't need to shot with to weak spine..
Or should I go for the Easton fmj 250 spine dangerous game that is super stiff?
Same weights up front gives a total weight of ca 1000 grains and since I`m not hunting T-62 tanks I think this is way on the heavy side.
Not sure if I will hunt with this bow yet, first I need to test it to see how confident and accurate I will be with something so heavy, but tuning is a start
So if you have some experience or opinions about arrows please let me know.
