I dont know where else to post this. So who wants to sell me a 12 strand B55 flemish twist string for a 58" bow.   Or who do you know that makes them at a reasonable price?

Go to 3 Rivers. String jig is $20.00. Lancaster Archery sells 1/4lb spools of B55 for $6.95 ea. All the strings you could want. Not trying to sound like a smart a$$, but this is what I did last week. Had a decent string on the third try. Now I'm looking at my other bows, trying to decide which one is next to get one. It's fun, easy to do, and economical.

Give Josh a shout, oliverstacy in the Sponsers classifieds section. He has made about 10 or so strings for me in the last year.  Great service and a perfect string every time!

Josh just made me a "skinny" string 450 plus 8 strand with padded loops. Seems allot quiter and a little faster.

Josh (oliverstacy) just set me up with a D-97 string that was dead on to the specs I gave him.  Set it on the bow for a night, a few twist in the morning to get my brace and haven't touched it since.  Great string.  Joe

I want to try b55 as i hear it is the best for older bows b50 will work but I have heard b55 is better.  Just looking to squeeze as much out of the old Root as possible.
