Just found this old post.  
AKA "Socks" is still alive and doing well.. I've got pics of her from 08.  I've had encounters with her many times since this post. She is so beautiful to watch coming thru the woods,I always see those white feet first... Just thought I would share this with some of the new members.  I'll post some pics from my digital camera soon if some of you want to see.

Very cool.  I've got a nice 8 point that I have been hunting for 2 years that we call "Socks" for the same reason.  He also has a white rump that makes him look like an elk from behind.  He ought to be a great 10 this year.

Ah...reminds me of one I wrote about here years ago....Mr Tuxedo....man was he a beaut...he had knee highs on.
