Saginaw Bay carp shooting????

Can someone tell me if the carp are active in the east side of Saginaw Bay now? Three of us are planning to go up May 24th & 25th. It looks like the water may still be too cold. If somone could help us out it would be appreicated! I have spots to go to. I just would like an activity report.

If that doesn't work out for ya let me know and I can get you on some in Lowell MI in the Flat river area. Godd smallmouth fishing also.JB
