I love mine only when I dont need to carry anything else other than whats in my pockets, my bow and arrows.
When I need more room, I carry my possibles bag/quiver.
I will not part with mine. Worth it, in my opinion. Especially used. I got mine for $35

I made one from a Bear delta quiver.(added a strap)Pretty much the same thing.I didn`t like it.I had to use both hands to get a arrow out,one to hold the hood area and one to pull the arrow. And it moved around to much for me.I`ve tryed alot of differant quivers, but keep going back to the bow quiver.I realy don`t think there`s a perfect quiver for all situations.Good luck on your quest for "THEE" quiver.

I use one and find it very handy overall. Six broadheads and a stump shooter in it. Very light and versatile.

I have a GFA and really like it. Like Tom said 6 broadheads and a stumper. I bought the moose hide version from Ron LaClair and he was good enough to sign it for me. It has G Fred's and Ron's signature on it. Pretty cool I thought.

Do they come with directions? I got one used and am having a hard time making adjustments that look like I should be able to make. Maybe I need a book called "GFA Quiver for Dummies".

Tom, nice looking fox!
You threw me for a loop. At first glance, your quiver appears to be mounted on your bow.

Like mine much better than a bow quiver. Mine is easy to get an arrow out of one handed. I've drug it through head high sage brush, thick willows and used it in a treestand.

IMO its one of the best quivers out there. You can carry it with a back pack on or strap it to the back pack and it easy to move around when working through brush. You would be hard pressed to beet it.

crash; if you click on the quivers link on ron la clair's site, there are instructions from gfa on the different adjustments you can make to the quiver.

I made one a couple years ago, and I love it. East to carry, quick to get an arrow out of, quiet, and holds alot of arrows... can't beat it.

I've tried other quivers, but my GFA is the best! Easy to carry.

Been using one exclusively for years. I've tried just about every one out there and the Asbell is the one for me.

I have tried every quiver imagineable....both store bought and homemade. The GFA is what I have been using for several seasons. I bought 2 the first year they came out, and my son and I haven't used anything since.
Whether I am just going from the truck to treestand, or spending a day or so stumbling around, the GFA is perfect.
