New Bow
« on: September 30, 2010, 10:37:00 AM »
here's a new bow that just arrived from james parker at huntworthyproductions.com. i have a compound shooting friend that is interested in going trad so i called james asking what he had available. he mentioned that he had a vagabond hybrid he experimented with to see how short it could go. i told him to send it to me because i love the way his vagabond model shoots. his vagabonds are with out a doubt the smoothest shooting bow i have ever held. this vagabond hybrid has verigated palm under the glass and tempered bamboo over the belly glass. the bow is 46" long but 43" ntn when strung. i just start to feel a little stack when i reach 50#@28". as you can see the bow shoots pretty good, but it took me a while figure out the best nock point for perfect arrow flight. looking forward to taking to the woods this weekend. i'll post some better pics this weekend.
