I was the lucky winner this year of Mr. Charles Sinclair's donation to the St. Judes Auction. I received it some time back and was going to wait before posting pictures........but.........I couldn't stand it any longer.
A beautiful and functional creation, and I want to publicly thank Mr. Sinclair for making this for me. I am one happy camper !!!!

Nice workmanship! Don have you tried throwing any darts yet? They can be quite the weapon once you become proficient with one.

Don, that's a great looking launcher. I havn't become very proficient with them but find that they get a lot of attention in a crowd.
I was participating at a Heritage Day festival here in NC yesterday where I worked with kids to shoot a bow. This year I could only demonstrat the atlatl (because of the location), but the atlatl is almost as popular as the bow is with the kids.

Don, that is a blast to toss arrows with too! Wish I could've stayed in that bidding. I'm going to try to get permission to take my 3rd graders to some property to make some bows ans fire and maybe try something like that too. How is the Stalker shooting and how goes the hunting?

May I make a suggestion? How about backing up and getting a photo of the entire thing? Thgose partial photos which are beautiful closeups don't do justice to a nice piece of work.
It sure is a beauty---or the parts I can see. Thanks for sharing---
