I always scape out a fake scrape near my stand where I want them to stop. It's their nature to stop and inspect a scrape.

Last year was my first time to try this, I bought that drip system and was thinking it was typical hype getting me to part. With my money, but I wanted to play around with it.

Needless to say I will be setting it up again this Saturday ! I'm not saying it's a sure thing by no means, but I had fun with it last year, I set it up near an old proven scrape line of many years, just positioned it on a route closer to my stand.
I watched a small 4 point smell it and pee in it quite a few time's, a lot of the does would come in and smell it, now I never had a monster buck come to it, but I had fun with it and. I figure it cannot hurt anything.

I bumped into one today while scouting/still hunting.  I returned to the spot where I shot my first deer and found  a helluva lotta sign... and what was clearly some silly guy's idea of scrape.  I have not found any authentic scrapes yet...
God Bless,
