Info on Bruin needed
«

Just picked up a used one piece Bruin Master XP, 60" and 53@28. Anyone have any info on this model? Brace height? String material? Looks like it isn't reinforced for FF strings but not sure.
Thanks.

the Bruin is a B50 bow only! From what I remember the brace is something like 9 1/2" measured from the front side of the shelf.

Chris that bow was modeled after the staghorn I believe. I had one and I braced it at 8" and shot great. I sent ya a PM.<><

Thanks for the info. I'm really diggin' this bow. Saw it at an archery shop today as I was looking around. Asked to shoot a few. First group with it I cluster 3 arrows into a quarter and just blew one of the arrows to pieces. Kept shooting that way. After I saw the price I couldn't pass it up.
The bow seems pretty darn quiet to me and the grip is really nice. Bigger than I normally like but super consistant. And the performance is surprised me. It pulls about 56# at my 29" draw. Shot a 535 gr. arrow at an avg. of 190 fps with a dacron string.
Does anyone know if Mike Steliga still makes bows or is around to ask questions about these?
