I almost got to meet that fellow once!
He has helped me immensely with his video on stringmaking, as well as helping others on site here with his knowledge regarding strings, materials and stringmaking. He is more than generous, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank him publicly. The man has contributed much to the archery community.

Chad is a member of the Southern Traditional Archery Association whose focus is introducing kids to archery and raising money for the Catch-A-Dream foundation.

Now Chad is a big guy, years ago his ankle was badly crushed in a work accident and he was sidelined. I have seen him hobble around on that bad ankle from daylight to dark helping people and working for the cause be believes in and never complain. He is one of a kind.

I just received a new string for my Griffin. Anytime you give someone a nock preference and they make the string to fit it perfectly you have to say the guy knows what he is doing! Thanks Chad. You're my man for strings.

I get all of my strings from Chad and have always been pleased with his work.  I have emailed him with questions and he gets back to me in record time.  Couldn't think of a better guy to deal with and that was before I learned about his charity work.  If I had any pull with the Big Man, I'd recommend him for a set of wings.

I ordered my latest string from Chad just a few weeks ago and promptly received it.  Great service and product.  The second string I've had him make for me to go with the bow he sold me years ago.  I'm a customer for life.

Chad is also a member of Lost Tribe, our trad club in SW Tennessee.  He's been a great ambassador for all archery for a long time. He's generous, knowledgeable, and humble, and I'm proud to call him a friend.
