I've done it before. Check was on a bank in Ohio with a Bogus routing #. I gave the check to a friend who is a detective at our local PD. The guy called me a few times and even threatened me. I had some fun with him and kept stringing him along through 3 or 4 phone calls. Finally, I got tired of it and gave him the detectives name and the phone # to our local PD. Told him to call them first, but they might refer him to the FBI.
